Designing Form Background Screen
You are able to apply a custom background to the Field screens. All input fields and keyboards will lay overtop of your custom background - so you may want to take this into consideration when designing.
We recommend all custom backgrounds have a resolution of 2048 X 1536
Here is what this background will look like within the app's Field Set (sequence). (Note: the screen does not have much text on it as this screen will be covered by keyboards and input fields when the app is being used):
