OnSpot Social customers can select one of three unique pricing plans based on the features required to execute your marketing campaigns. For customers who are building Campaigns, if there is a feature that you cannot add to your Campaign, it's due to that feature only be available as part of another plan. If you need access to features which are currently locked, please upgrade your subscription plan or contact us and we can help you with the upgrade.

What is included in the free trial?

You can start a Free Trial for any Plan with No Credit Card Required. During the 14-day Free Trial, you’ll have access to fully customize the app for your needs and collect a limited number of interactions.

What plan should I use for a single event?

We would recommend selecting a monthly subscription with the feature set that fits your needs.   Anytime after you have finished using OnSpot Social, you can cancel your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription cancellations will take effect immediately and may result in a loss of data and/or services related to the canceled subscription. Subscriptions that are canceled before the next billing period will not be provided a refund for the current billing period. OnSpot Social is unable to provide refunds for a subscription to a plan which is paid on a monthly basis.

What is the difference between a monthly and annual subscription?

For monthly subscriptions, your credit card will automatically be charged once per month while annual subscriptions only require a single automatic charge per year.  Annual subscription plans offer cost savings over monthly subscription plans. OnSpot Social is unable to provide refunds for a subscription to a plan which is paid on a monthly basis.

Is there a discount for using multiple devices?

Yes! Using multiple devices is a great way to make the most of OnSpot Social.  We offer pricing discounts when purchasing subscriptions for multiple devices.

Where can I purchase an iPad kiosk enclosure?

iPad kiosk enclosures are a great way to allow your customers to use OnSpot Social in a self-service setting, but they are not required.
