Description

The Google Review collection feature allows you to grow your Google Review community from your leads or customers as part of your Campaign. There are 2 ways that users can connect your Google Review business or personal page through OnSpot Social:

Users can email themselves a link to your Google Review page and review your page from their own Mobile phone
Users can scan a QR code using their mobile phone in order to open your Google Review page, and from there review your page

Email a Link to Your Google Review Page

A second option to give users the ability to email themselves a link to your Google Review Page so they can review it through their mobile phone or personal computer. You can turn on this option by selecting the 'Include QR Code & Option To Email Link To Your Google Review Page' so that users can still review your Google Review page when there is no internet connection available or if users do not wish to enter their Google Review login credentials directly into the app. If you do not have an internet connection, the email will go out to users the next time you connect to the internet.

Scan a QR Code to Review Your Google Review Page

You have the option to allow users to review your Google Review Page by scanning a QR code with their mobile phone. You can turn on this option by selecting the 'Include QR Code & Option To Email Link To Your Google Review Page' so that users can still review your Google Review page when there is no internet connection available or if users do not wish to enter their Google Review login credentials directly into the app.

Configuration Tips

If you have set up a custom URL in Google Review then simply fill in your Google shortcut for your Google Reviews page.

For Example: If your Google Review page Shortcut is onspotsocial then just enter onspotsocial into the Google Review configuration area on the OnSpot Social Web Admin as shown: https://g.page/onspotsocial/review

This will enable you to collect Reviews to your Google Review page.
