Lead Qualifying

Description

The Lead Qualifying feature can be used to automatically determine which leads are qualified or not.

  • The contact record for each lead captured will then note whether that lead is qualified or not.
  • Reporting will show stats on the number of qualified leads captured at events and over specified time periods.

Configuration Tips

  1. To use the Lead Qualifying feature, a Form must have at least one Multiple Choice or Rating Field added to it.   
  2. Within the Lead Qualifying setup area of the Form Editor, assign the number of points each Multiple Choice or Rating response is worth.
  3. Then set the criteria of the number of points a lead needs to score to be considered a Qualified Lead.
