Lead Qualifying
Description
The Lead Qualifying feature can be used to automatically determine which leads are qualified or not.
- The contact record for each lead captured will then note whether that lead is qualified or not.
- Reporting will show stats on the number of qualified leads captured at events and over specified time periods.
Configuration Tips
- To use the Lead Qualifying feature, a Form must have at least one Multiple Choice or Rating Field added to it.
- Within the Lead Qualifying setup area of the Form Editor, assign the number of points each Multiple Choice or Rating response is worth.
- Then set the criteria of the number of points a lead needs to score to be considered a Qualified Lead.
