Q: Can I use the app without an Internet connection?

Yes! If you are at an event/location that does not have WiFi and your tablet/phone does not have internet service, the OnSpot Social app will store any collected data locally on the device.  Once you connect the tablet/phone to WiFi, the data collected offline will upload to your web account, held at www.onspotsocial.com. You can log in and go to Reports, to download the data into an Excel file.

Offline Collection TIP - We recommend turning-off WiFi completely, on your tablet/phone, while collecting off-line.  This will prevent the tablet/phone from “searching” for WiFi, possibly interrupting your collection.
