Q. How do I Integrate OnSpot Social with MailChimp, iContact, Constant Contact or Aweber?
To integrate your account so your data will automatically upload to both your OnSpot Social account AND your email marketing account, just log-in to your web account at www.onspotsocial.com.
Then, go to App Setup. Next, if you have already set-up a Profile (the appearance of the app) click Edit, next to that Profile (If you have not yet set up a profile, you’ll begin by going through the steps to set up your profile). Once you click Edit, you’ll be taken to the next screen, which shows your interaction. Click on any of the Interactions buttons, on the right side of the screen.
In the next screen, on the right side, look for the word Integrations. Click that word.
You’ll see the box on the right light up. Now, drag the icon for the email marketing program with which you want to integrate into that box. This will open a pop-up box asking if you want to log into your email marketing account. Click YES. Now, follow the steps to “Map” the integration.
Integration TIP: You MUST have at least one list set up in your email marketing account that tells it where to put the data you collect from the OnSpot Social app. So, be sure to set-up that list before hand.
