Q. How do I Integrate OnSpot Social with MailChimp, iContact, Constant Contact or Aweber?
To integrate your account so your data will automatically upload to both your OnSpot Social account AND your email marketing account, just log-in to your web account at www.onspotsocial.com.
Then, go to App Setup. Next, if you have already set-up a Profile (the appearance of the app) click Edit, next to that Profile (If you have not yet set up a profile, you’ll begin by going through the steps to set up your profile).
Once you click Edit, you’ll be taken to the next screen. Choose Campaigns, then Edit Campaign.
Next, use the Data Forwarding tab to choose the Integration platform and configure the connection by "mapping" (matching) each category. Please note—- Categories MUST match the OnSpot tiles (categories), exactly. For instance, if you use an Email tile, your other list must be called Email, not "email address," for example.
Once the Integration is mapped, be sure to tap Next and then Publish.
Integration TIP: You MUST have at least one list set up in your email marketing account that tells it where to put the data you collect from the OnSpot Social app. So, be sure to set-up that list before hand.
