Collect Multiple Choice Responses
Description
The Multiple Choice collection feature allows you to capture responses from your leads or customers as part of your Campaign.
Configuration Tips
Depending on the responses you are looking to collect, the Multiple Choice feature can be configured as a radio button to let users select only one response OR select all that apply. To allow users to select all that apply, simply turn on the 'Users can select more than one choice' setting. You can also allow users to type in their own response by selecting the 'Include Other option'.
If you have a Premium subscription you can send unique automated text messages or emails to users based on the radio button answer that they input during the Campaign.
