Description

The Multiple Line Text collection feature allows you to capture longer comments from your leads or customers as part of your Campaign. Use this feature to collect data such as customer feedback, open-ended text responses, etc.

Configuration Tips

To make it easier for your users, you have the option to turn on the Auto Capitalization setting. Auto Capitalization will automatically capitalize certain characters as a user types within the input box. You can choose one of four different options depending on the type of response you're looking for:

• None (default): All text input will be as entered - No automatic capitalization
• Word: Will auto capitalize the first letter of every word entered
• Sentence: Only the first letter of every sentence will be capitalized
• All Caps: All letters will automatically be capitalized
