Collect Rating Feedback
Description
The Rating collection feature allows you to capture feedback from your leads or customers as part of your Campaign.
Configuration Tips
Depending on the responses you are looking to collect, the Rating feature can be configured to display one of the following four types of ratings:
- 3 emoticons
- 5 emoticons
- 5 star rating
- 1-10 scale
You can also give users the ability to type in additional feedback by turning on the 'Additional Comments' setting.
For the brands who want to address negative feedback immediately, you can receive real-time notifications of negative feedback sent to you via email. Simply turn on the 'Real-time notifications' setting and enter an email address which you'd like notifications sent to.
