Rating
Description
The Rating feature allows a user to select a rating. This can be helpful for determining next steps for lead follow-up. Examples of how this feature can be used include:
- Sales reps rating a lead they interacted with
- Level of interest expressed by a lead for a product or service
Configuration Tips
Depending on your preferences, the Rating feature can be configured to display one of the following four types of ratings:
- 3 emoticons
- 5 emoticons
- 5 stars
- 1-10 scale
