Use the Rating collection feature allows to capture feedback from your leads or customers as part of your Campaign. 

Configuration Tips

Depending on the responses you are looking to collect, the Rating feature can be configured to display emoticons in one of two ways:
  • 3 emoticons
  • 5 emoticons
You can also give users the ability to type in additional feedback by turning on the 'Additional Comments' setting.

For the brands who want to address negative feedback immediately, you can receive real-time notifications of negative feedback sent to you via email. Simply turn on the 'Real-time notifications' setting and enter an email address that you'd like notifications sent to.
