The Twitter Followers collection feature allows you to convert your leads and customers into Twitter followers as part of your Campaign. There are 3 ways that users can Follow your business on Twitter through OnSpot Social:

• Users can email themselves a link to your Twitter page and Follow your business from their own mobile phone, tablet or personal computer.
• Users can scan a QR code using their mobile phone in order to open your Twitter page, and from there Follow your business

Email a Link to Your Twitter Page

A second option to give users the ability to email themselves a link to your Twitter Page so they can Follow your business by using their mobile phone or personal computer. You can turn on this option by selecting the 'Include QR Code & Option To Email Link To Your Twitter Profile' so that users can still Follow you on Twitter when there is no internet connection available or if users do not wish to enter their Twitter login credentials directly into the app. If you do not have an internet connection, the email will go out to users the next time you connect to the internet.

Scan a QR Code to Follow Your Business on Twitter

You have the option to allow users to Follow your business on Twitter by scanning a QR code with their mobile phone. You can turn on this option by selecting the 'Include QR Code & Option To Email Link To Your Twitter Profile' so that users can still Follow your business on Twitter when there is no internet connection available or if users do not wish to enter their Twitter login credentials directly into the app.

Configuration Tips

Within the Twitter settings on the Web Admin simply fill in the Twitter handle for your business which you want users to follow.

For Example: If your Twitter handle is @MrJoesCoffee then just enter @MrJoesCoffee into the Twitter configuration area on the OnSpot Social Web Admin.

This will enable you to collect Twitter Followers for your business.
